DeAnn Sarver - Corporate Strategy Consultant
Since 2003 Sarver has provided Newforth with strategic consulting and M&A services for companies ranging in size from early-stage startups to billion-dollar corporations. In this role she performs comprehensive market assessments, product/technology assessments, competitive analysis, pre-transaction positioning, due diligence, and business development services for technology companies in a wide variety of sectors.
Previously, Sarver conducted B2B enterprise software sales and contract services for Expertcity, Inc. (now Citrix Online), an application service provider in Santa Barbara. She successfully met the demands of the early-stage company by continually exceeding increasing sales goals during its challenging growth phase.
Sarver has been involved with technology throughout her career, including database design and development for several educational and government institutions. She also has over 15 years of program management experience in a variety of industries, including regulatory compliance, grant management, and fundraising/strategy services for NGOs. She was integral in a successful capital campaign which raised over $7M in private donations in less than six months.
Her extensive background in strategic planning also includes political strategy and campaign management, and she has consulted for many candidates at both State and local levels since 2001. In addition, she serves on several Boards for community groups and non-profits, and has been an active community leader for over a decade.
